Conditioning Exercises

Often times, musculoskeletal injuries occur as a result of the muscles in the body being too weak or stiff to meet the demands of certain physical activities. By keeping the muscles strong and flexible, many injuries can be prevented. If it has been deter mined during your evaluation with Dr. Dedhia that a supervised, specific physical therapy protocol is not necessary to treat your condition, general conditioning exercises may be recommended to stretch and strengthening the specific area of concern.
